In order to build a high-quality charging infrastructure system, accelerate the construction of an effective coverage of rural charging network, and support new energy vehicles to the countryside and rural revitalization, according to the relevant requirements of the Guiding Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Further Building a High-quality charging Infrastructure System (State Office (2023) No. 19), The National Energy Administration organized and selected some counties and townships to carry out charging infrastructure construction application promotion activities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
First, after the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) take the lead in charge of the management of charging facilities to declare, the National Energy Administration commissioned a third-party agency to organize expert review, Decided to select 33 counties such as Daming County, Handan City, Hebei Province (county-level cities, counties, autonomous counties, banners), and 74 townships (towns), such as Dagbei Jiangu Town, Ninghe District, Tianjin, to carry out charging infrastructure construction application and promotion activities (see annex for the specific list).
Second, the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central government) responsible for the management of charging facilities to strictly implement the main responsibility of promoting the construction work, strengthen the organization and coordination and supervision and management, according to the annual report to the bureau of work progress, and by the end of 2025 for a summary assessment.
Third, the National Energy Administration will combine the promotion of regional charging infrastructure construction, timely promote the application of typical experience and mature models across the country, and promote the high-quality development of charging infrastructure in rural areas.
