This product mainly consists of human-computer interaction touch screen, card reader, energy metering module, charging module, communication module, charging interface, control module, and pile body
Featuring intelligence, networking, strong universality, and high efficiency, it has multiple protection functions and collaborates with BMS for battery maintenance. During charging, it can monitor the connection status of the charging cable in real time, and terminate charging immediately in case of abnormal connection, ensuring personal and vehicle safety during the charging process
Each terminal of the split type device has an independent control system, which can better ensure the safety and stability of charging control, ensure the stable output of charging current, and have a user-friendly interface display and control guidance function, making it convenient for customers to complete the charging process
The 250A output terminal of the split type equipment configuration can achieve a single gun 240kW high-power output to meet the demand for fast charging. When all terminals use charging power simultaneously, the average output can be achieved, which can maximize the simultaneous fast charging of all vehicles. Moreover, it can fully utilize valley charging to reduce electricity costs
Protection level IP54, suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, mainly suitable for places such as bus stops, logistics centers, public charging stations, and dedicated charging stations

Adopting a 1000V high-voltage 40kW module (with a constant power range of 300-1000V), it has excellent performance at high temperatures, ensuring fast charging under high temperature conditions; Higher power density, wider constant power range, higher conversion efficiency, lower noise, higher protection performance, and higher reliability;
The high-power split type intelligent flexible charging device is used for fast and intelligent charging of electric vehicle power batteries, suitable for all electric vehicles that meet Chinese national standards;
The product charging terminal has a LCD operation screen with a simple design, supporting various convenient charging operations such as swiping cards, scanning codes, and VIN codes;
The split type equipment has an independent control system for each terminal, which can better ensure the safety and stability of charging control, and ensure the stable output of charging current;
The product has a fully flexible charging function, which can flexibly and dynamically allocate charging power. The split output terminal is equipped with 250A&1000V charging gun wires, and the maximum charging power of a single gun can reach 250kW. When the charging module is idle, the module can be dynamically switched to a larger demand charging gun, allowing for fast charging of vehicles with high power requirements. At the same time, it supports dual gun parallel charging for vehicles with high charging requirements such as dump trucks, and supports 600A liquid cooled supercharging terminals;
The standby power consumption of the entire machine is less than 0.1%, reducing operating costs;
The output voltage range is wide from 100-1000V, suitable for more vehicle models and a wider range of application scenarios;
